We use USPS for shipping purposes. Delivery times may vary but are usually between 7-15 working days, although there may be some delays due to customs processing. The total shipping fee is determined based on the package’s size and weight. To make the delivery process smoother, kindly include your contact number and email address when placing your order. The Type Fella or USPS may reach out to you regarding your order/delivery status. Note that shipping fees do not cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees, and The Type Fella does not accept responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.

What is your exchange policy?
At The Type Fella, we are glad to offer exchanges for items that are unopened, unworn, and still in the original package delivered with. Due to the limited nature of our business operations, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for items that have been opened. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping during an exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please send your items by registered mail to the address listed on the return/exchange form within 7 business days of receipt. Be sure to clearly label your shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms. The Type Fella is not responsible for shipping fees on returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your return package to avoid loss during transit. The Type Fella is not accountable for lost return shipments. Kindly note that any sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged. Products must have all tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product(s) and relevant taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of receiving the wrong order or receiving damaged products during transit.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
For security reasons, we do not offer deliveries to postal office boxes.
